The Minister for Education, Dr Ng Eng Hen, opens the International Conference on Teaching and Learning with Technology in Singapore on August 5th 2008. During his talk to the over 2000 delegates attending the conference from around the world the Minister reviewed Master Plans 1 and 2 and announced Master Plan 3 for the integration of ICT in SIngaporean schools.
